Regular Shipping to a Commercial Address:
Please provide a commercial address for Shipping. Commercial addresses are defined by UPS. A Base Shipping Fee of $10.95 is applied to all orders under $335. Orders within the 48 contiguous United States** are generally shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, using UPS Ground. Shipping transit times are generally between 3-5 business days depending on location. Kajarin reserves the right to charge a further shipping fee if an alternative method is requested. When providing any shipping address, we recommend you check the address with UPS. If UPS makes any correction to any shipping address provided there will be an address change fee of $16.40 which will be passed on to your account.

Extended Area Fee:
For remote locations UPS will charge an Extended Area Fee. UPS will charge this fee regardless of whether you provide a commercial or residential address. The Extended Area Fee will be added to the Shipping Fee on your order.
Overnight and 2nd Day Air orders are shipped when complete, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (within the 48 contiguous United States**). We will contact you if the products in your order are not immediately available. Please call us for the shipping fee if you are interested in Expedited Shipping.
**The term contiguous United States refers to the 48 United States located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions. Please contact us for shipping options to these locations.
Canadian and International Orders - Shipping Charges:
Canadian and international orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Priority International (transit time approximately 6-10 business days). Shipping fees determined at time of order. Contact us if you are interested in other shipment methods.
Please note, USPS Priority International has limited tracking abilities once the package leaves the U.S.; therefore, Kajarin cannot be held liable if you do not receive your package.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of our products. Also note that once your package arrives, you may have to pay customs charges and taxes. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties and return shipping if the package is returned to us. If the product(s) you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping fees once the package is received back by us in unopened, sellable condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items.
Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed.
Patient Customer Purchase Agreement and Shipping Policies
1. Purchasing customers understand and agree that all sales are final for orders which have completed payment processing, and/or which are still pending shipment, and/or for correctly shipped orders, whether shipments are still pending delivery by shipper or have been verified as having been delivered by the shipper via shipper package tracking methods. 2. Customer understands and agrees that Kajarin does not and will not issue refunds for products which have completed payment processing, for orders shipped to the address customer provided, for such packages verified via shipper tracking numbers as having been delivered, nor for products which were claimed by customer as having been damaged during shipping and/or delivery when full coverage shipping insurance for all products shipped was not voluntarily fully paid for by customer. 3. Customer understands and agrees any opened product(s) are not eligible for refunds. 4. A shipping and handling fee of $10.95 applies to all orders. Orders are shipped UPS Ground, or if a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, orders will be shipped USPS Priority. Orders Shipping via UPS may incur an additional Extended Area Fee for delivery to a remote area. 5. Customer understands and agrees that Kajarin reserves the sole and exclusive rights to issue any conditional partial product credit or to issue product replacements for verified product damage occurring during shipment and delivery, and/or to issue any other remedies Kajarin offers pursuant to customer requests. 6. Customer understands and agrees that most orders may ship within 1-2 business days, however, for products which are not immediately available in Kajarin inventory, orders may take 4-7 business days or longer to ship to customer. 7. Customer understands and agrees that any customer purchase of USPS Priority or Express Mail or UPS expedited shipping services does not guarantee that product(s) are in stock nor will ship on the same day as orders are placed, and that shipping delays of 1-7 days or longer may occur due to product availability and manufacturer back order status. 8. Customer understands and agrees if Kajarin has shipped to a customer incorrect product(s) the customer agrees Kajarin shall have the sole and exclusive right to re-ship to the customer the correct product, provided customer has not tampered with bottle seals or labels or opened the incorrectly shipped product(s), whereby Kajarin will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and envelope to customer for return to Kajarin of the incorrect product(s) the customer received. However, if the customer has tampered with or opened such incorrectly shipped container(s), or has disposed of said products, customer understands and agrees the customer is fully responsible for purchasing such tampered and/or opened product(s). 9. Customer understands and agrees that in the event the customer made a mistake with their product selection and wants an exchange for the correct product, Kajarin will extend a conditional credit to customer, customer agrees that product credit is limited to 85% of product purchase price only, and customer agrees there are no refunds for shipping costs. Customer will pay in full shipping costs associated with shipping products back to Kajarin. 10. Customer understands and agrees to the 15% non-refundable fee for conditional returns as a payment for costs incurred by Kajarin for credit card processing fees (purchase fees and refund fees) and re-stocking fees. 11. Customer understands and agrees when conditional returns are initially awarded by Kajarin due to incorrect product(s) mistakenly shipped to the customer, in such case the customer agrees that Kajarin reserves the sole and exclusive right to refuse any returns on such mistakenly shipped product(s) if the returned product container(s) have been opened, altered, or damaged as observed by Kajarin once the product(s) are returned by the customer and received by Kajarin. 12. Customer understands and agrees international shipments do not qualify for any refunds or returns. All international sales are final.
Provider Wholesale Orders
Kajarin will accept returned items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Refrigerated products and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Bottles must be unopened with the seal intact. Items must be properly packaged and returned at the customer's expense. We must receive these products unopened and in new condition, therefore, the label should be reviewed prior to opening a product.
